All payments made to Techooze Solutions are considered final and are subject to the terms below.

Because most of our services are digital, customized, resource-based, and time-sensitive, refunds are limited, discretionary, and not automatic.

Other Payments

  • Advance Payments

3. Customized Project Work

All custom projects begin with:

  • Requirement discussion
  • Planning
  • Team allocation
  • Design process
  • Technical preparation
  • Communication time
  • Internal resources deployment

Therefore, once a project is confirmed or advance payment is received, the amount becomes non-refundable, even if the Client later changes mind, pauses the project, delays content, or cancels voluntarily.

4. Design Approval / Development Stage

Once any of the following occurs:

  • Mockup shared
  • Design concept shared
  • Homepage draft shared
  • Development started
  • Revisions initiated
  • Admin panel setup completed
  • Domain / hosting connected

No refund shall be applicable.

5. SEO / Digital Marketing Refund Terms

SEO, ads, and digital marketing depend on multiple external factors including:

  • Competition
  • Search engine algorithms
  • Industry demand
  • Budget
  • Ad approvals
  • Website quality
  • Market conditions

Therefore:

  • No guaranteed rankings
  • No guaranteed leads
  • No guaranteed sales
  • No guaranteed ROI

Payments for SEO / marketing are non-refundable once the campaign has started.

6. Delay by Client

No refund shall be payable if delay, non-performance, or slowdown is caused by:

  • Client non-response
  • Delay in approvals
  • Content not shared
  • Credentials not shared
  • Frequent changes
  • Scope changes
  • Non-payment of balance dues

7. Partial Refund (If Approved Solely by Company)

Any refund, if exceptionally approved by Techooze Solutions at its sole discretion, may be subject to deductions for:

  • Work already completed
  • Hours invested
  • Team costs
  • Consultation time
  • Software costs
  • Gateway charges
  • Taxes
  • Administrative charges
  • Third-party purchases

Such refund may be partial only and final decision shall rest solely with Techooze Solutions.

8. No Chargeback / Payment Dispute Policy

Before filing:

  • Chargeback
  • Bank dispute
  • UPI reversal request
  • Cyber complaint
  • Payment complaint

Client agrees to first contact Techooze Solutions and allow reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or unjustified disputes after confirmed work/payment may lead to:

  • Suspension of services
  • Recovery claims
  • Legal action
  • Blacklisting from future services

9. Refund Processing Time

If any refund is voluntarily approved by us:

  • Processing may take 10 to 15 business days depending on payment mode, banking channels, and internal review.
  • Original gateway charges may be deducted.
  • We are not liable for bank delays.

10. Hard Goods / Physical Items (If Applicable)

Where any physical item is sold:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping may be borne by Client unless agreed otherwise.
  • Damaged / used / custom-made items may not qualify.

Approval remains at our discretion.

11. Subscription / Renewal Plans

Monthly, quarterly, yearly, auto-renewed, or prepaid plans are non-refundable once billing cycle starts.

Cancellation may stop future billing if applicable, but current cycle fees remain non-refundable.

12. Communication Validity

Approvals, project confirmations, scope acceptance, or cancellation requests through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Invoice acceptance
  • Payment screenshot
  • Phone confirmation

may be treated as valid and binding.

13. Right to Refuse Refund

Techooze Solutions reserves full right to deny any refund request where:

  • Work has started
  • Deliverables shared
  • Milestones completed
  • Delay caused by client
  • False claims raised
  • Terms were already accepted
  • Misuse / abusive behavior occurred

14. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to courts located in Delhi, India only.

16. Final Acknowledgment

By making payment to Techooze Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy voluntarily and fully.
